You provide: name, email, phone, trip preferences, points/miles balances you choose to share, form responses, and scheduling/payment details.
Automatically: basic analytics (cookies, device/browser info, pages viewed, approximate location).
From service providers: scheduling, payment, analytics platforms.

Deliver and improve services (strategy sessions, concierge bookings)
Communicate about appointments and deliver itineraries/action plans
Process payments and prevent fraud

Comply with legal obligations
When you submit payment information through our secure form, the data is encrypted and stored only within our secure form provider. We access this information solely for the purpose of booking travel on your behalf or collecting authorized service fees. We do not store credit card information outside of our encrypted system, and we delete sensitive data once it is no longer required for your booking.
Sharing
We share data only with vendors needed to operate (e.g., scheduling, payments, analytics). We do not sell personal information.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
