These Terms govern your use of pointpilots.com and services offered by PointPilots (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Services we provide:

  1. Points Strategy Consultation – educational guidance to optimize earning and redemption based on your situation (not financial, tax, legal, or credit-repair advice).

  2. Concierge Booking – research and assistance redeeming your loyalty points for flights/hotels within agreed parameters. We do not sell air travel or operate as a common carrier.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information (names as on passports, dates, preferences, balances). Review options promptly; award availability is limited and can change.

Fees & Payments

Fees are listed at checkout and due before work begins. Concierge pricing may vary by complexity (e.g., multi-city, close-in bookings). Taxes/fees charged by airlines/hotels are your responsibility.

Revisions (Concierge)

Includes one round of reasonable changes within the original trip window. New dates/cities/cabins or materially different requests may require a new fee.

Accounts & Access

If you share loyalty logins, you authorize limited use to search/book. The Company recommends temporary credentials/one-time codes. Do not share banking passwords.

No Guarantees

Award inventory, partner rules, transfer ratios, and surcharges change without notice. The Company cannot guarantee specific flights, cabins, dates, or savings.

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service; no indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by the Company or licensors. Trademarks of banks, airlines, and hotels belong to their respective owners; no affiliation is implied.

Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version will be posted with the “Last updated” date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strategy Consultation

  • Fully refundable if canceled ≥ 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Non-refundable once the session occurs.

Concierge Booking

  • No results, no fee: If we cannot present at least one viable itinerary matching agreed criteria, the concierge fee is refundable.

  • Once a matching itinerary is presented, the service fee is earned. Any change/cancellation fees from airlines/hotels are your responsibility.

  • Includes one round of reasonable changes within the original trip window; material changes may require a new fee.
